Abundance of track bandages?

I went to a silent auction at a horse jamboree, and I was in need of some polo wraps. They didn't have the items on the table because someone could easily take them, so they had them on shelves. I saw an item that was labeled "Twelve orted Color Polo Wraps." I bought them and as soon as I opened the package up, I realized they were all track bandages >.< So now I have 16 track bandages and have no idea what to do with them. (I had one package given to me as a door prize at a horse show) I've only seen these used on wounds with quilts underneath the bandage. Can you ride in them with the quilt/padding underneath? Thanks :)
