My boyfriend has questionable hygiene...?

I stay at his house every weekend. I know boys will be boys and his room is a bit of a mess and laundry gets forgotten about a lot and that is normal. But his personal hygiene bothers me a lot. He sweats a lot and often forgets deodorant so this leads to him smelling. He also wears the same socks everyday and they REEK!!!! To the point where I am gagging, I have also noticed that he rarely brushes his teeth, he has been out of toothpaste for about a month now and it hasn't been replaced :S, he never buys loo roll I have to bring my own. I have tried taking y showers together and telling him i love it when he smells like soap etc. I have tried being blunt and telling him he smells but in a kind way but he doesn't care!! He doesn't take any pride in his appearance and although I am not a vein person myself, he is beginning to look/smell like a tramp :( I feel terrible for saying this but any advice would be much appreciated :)
