Should I tell her she is to poor to be my friend?

I don't have anything aganst poor people but I just think that they should hang out with there own kind. I am middle or upper cl and my friends as well and we don't want to be around anyone that isn't in our social cl. She also wears very ugly cloths unlike me and my friends that wore name bran cloths. How do I tell her to not hang around us.
