Christians: What will happen to you when sins become against that law? Will you be ready for jail?

Mississippi is trying to p a law that if you are obese restaurants cannot serve you. This would be a law against gluttony. Just imagine what will come next if this happens. So you can't eat, but what happens when cheating on a spouse (since only yall can get married) gets jail time? When slander gets jail time? When taking the lords name in vain gets a life sentence? I imagine if we keep going in the Christian way and makes laws based on Christianity most of you will end up in jail. What ever will you do? Who will you pay then? At that point your preacher can't save you.
