Christians, what makes the bible more accurate than the scriptures from other religions?

When people quote from the bible to reinforce a point, why do they think the bible is right and the Quran or the Buddhist teaching or Hindu writings are wrong? What makes the bible more likely to be true than these books, or Greek myths and Roman legends? I would not quote from a Greek text to support my claim that Zeus is all powerful, so why do Christians use the Bible to make the same claim about God?
