Open if you really think you can help me?

I seem to have the same problem motivation. What I started doing is i set weekly goals for myself like "walk the dog a mile everyday" and if i do it i buy myself somthing that i want like some new makeup or a really cute shirt. I think it helps me stay motivated. I think eating lots of leafy greens and fresh fruits is the best way to go. Grilled chicken is the best. Good luck!
