Is it too late to reach this level?

I am 12 and started gymnastics when I was 8 but broke my arm and stopped for 3 years. I am getting back into it and I have a deep pion for gymnastics. If I can get to a good enough training place (my parents are considering private lessons at the YMCA until I have reached the limit of what they teach) and practice with my pion can I still reach an elite level? I can do splits, backbend, back walkover, front walkover, cartwheel, roundoff, and on the trampoline I can do tucks, back hand springs, etc. Also, when I was in 3rd grade I could do backhandsprings by myself and ariels with a spotter. My parents were very serious with me becoming elite. My coach had told them that by the time I was 18 I would probably be able to go to the olympics if I started private lessons and went to an elite training place. But after my 3 year absence my parents don't take it seriously anymore, and my brother is always saying you cant do anything Beka. You suck and its not like you'll ever get to go to the olympics. I might go to Camp Woodward some summer, too. Well thanks for any opinions.
