What should I do about this cl I am failing?

I have done all the ignments in my cl but the reason I am failing is because my professor misleads the cl. For my midterm he gave us a list of definitions and said if we know those that we would do well on the test. So I studied them and NONE of that was on the test so I failed the test along with most of my cl and I was the only one that emailed him and he said that the definitions were enough, but they were not on the test? there were only 3 questions that contained any of those 40 definitions. And we have 4 research reviews. He gave us a list of questions to answer in our paper about the research. I answered all of them and did what he told us to do but I got d's on all of them so far and got points taken off for stupid crap like excessive margins and not double spacing (EVEN though someone asked him if we needed to double space and he said he didnt care if it was or not) and i got 10 points off for that! what should I do? should I report him? and who should I report him too?
