Isn't "might" slang for "a little"?

As in "I'm a might hungry"? Maybe Texan/Southern/Cowboy slang? And would the word be spelled "might" or "mite"? I can't seem to find this in slang dictionaries on-line. I'd be a might grateful for any input!
