Do you constantly entertain your baby?

our dd is 7 momths old(in like 5 days). she very happily entertains herself at times and im wondering if u guys just let ur kids play or r u always playing them. im always right with her but she can just roam around the room and use different things in different ways so i dont want to interrupt her exploration. just curious of other parents thoughts/experiences
