How much memory should i dedicate to the page file?

Right now I am dedicating 6139mb to my pagefile.sys file. I would like to free up some of this space, but I'm not sure how to balance it out. I have an ATI Radeon HD2600 graphics card. I usually use my computer to play fairly current games e.g. CoD5. Is this really the amount I should be using?
